Kyoshin Personal Safety was set up in 2018 by Ian Harman
We offer affordable self defence and breakaway training. Whether you are a small or large business. Courses are customised to fit.
Our trainers/instructors all have many years experience in the martial arts, are qualified self defence instructors (level 3 Btec) and are fully DBS checked.
Kyoshin PS offer a variety of self defence and breakaway training, ranging from short (1.5hr) course to whole day events. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.

The course is designed to equip you with the skills necessary for breakaway and safe escape from an aggressive situation where defusing and de-escalation techniques have failed.
This is mostly a practical course, suitable for all levels of fitness.
